Servpro, the franchisor of fire and water cleanup and restoration franchises, has acquired the 17,500-square-foot retail/warehouse building at 173 Main St. in Norwalk for $1.95 million. The company plans to occupy the entire building where it will consolidate its Stamford and Bridgeport locations.

Two of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC’s senior vice presidents handled the sale, with Lester Fradkoff representing seller Brandman Realty LP and Brett A. Sherman representing Servpro.

Headquartered in Gallatin, Tennessee, Servpro’s franchise system provides localized services as well as large-scale disaster recovery.
