Servpro acquires Norwalk property for $1.95 million

Servpro, the franchisor of fire and water cleanup and restoration franchises, has acquired the 17,500-square-foot retail/warehouse building at 173 Main St. in Norwalk for $1.95 million. The company plans to occupy the entire building where it will consolidate its Stamford and Bridgeport locations.

Two of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC”™s senior vice presidents handled the sale, with Lester Fradkoff representing seller Brandman Realty LP and Brett A. Sherman representing Servpro.

Headquartered in Gallatin, Tennessee, Servpro”™s franchise system provides localized services as well as large-scale disaster recovery.
