CBRE Global Investors pays $97M for Stamford Towers

CBRE Global Investors has purchased the 225,701-square-foot Stamford Towers office complex in the city’s central business district for $97 million.

The two adjacent buildings at 680 and 750 Washington Blvd. opened in 1989. Tenants include Citigroup, UBS Financial Services, Oppenheimer and Bank of Ireland.

Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s Institutional Properties team represented the sellers, SL Green Realty Corp. and London-based TH Real Estate, in the deal.
