GHP Office Realty LLC of White Plains has acquired an 81,500-square-foot warehouse and office space from Westchester County.
The building is at 375 Executive Blvd., Elmsford, in the Cross Westchester Executive Park near Sprain Brook Parkway, Interstate 287 and Interstate 87.
The warehouse comprises 75,000 square feet, with four loading docks and two drive-in doors. The office space has 6,500 square feet.
GHP did not disclose the price of the transaction. It said the county will lease back about 23,000 square feet. GHP plans to invest several million dollars to update the building, make it more energy efficient and install a new roof.
GHP executive Andrew Greenspan said in a press release that the company was attracted to the deal because of a shortage of flex space in Westchester, especially on the western side of the county.
