Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, the outlet shopping mall in Central Valley, completed a three-year, multimillion-dollar redevelopment and expansion project at the property at 498 Red Apple Court.
Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, the outlet shopping mall in Central Valley, completed a three-year, multimillion-dollar redevelopment and expansion project at the property at 498 Red Apple Court.
The redevelopment of the shopping center, which is owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc., includes an additional 60,000 square feet of retail that expands Woodbury Common to 910,000 square feet.
As part of the expansion, the outlet added 40 new luxury brands, including Givenchy, Loewe, Marc Jacobs, Rag & Bone and Sandro and Maje, and more than 14 eateries, including Shake Shack, Yo! Sushi, Le Pain Quotidien, Magnolia Bakery and Pret A Manger.
A new four-level parking garage adds more than 1,000 parking spaces to the property. On-site roads have been improved and an outer loop has been created. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Other enhancements include landscaping, walkways, signage, lighting, artwork, fountains, fireplaces and outdoor seating.
