SCORE Westchester and Sam”™s Club will host a series of seminars and roundtable discussions for small business owners during a free event on May 10.
The event, “Big Ideas for Growing Your Small Business,” will be held from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Tarrytown Doubletree at 455 S. Broadway in Tarrytown.
Tamara Underwood, vice president of the New York Business Development Corp., will discuss navigating the world of small business lending, and Jeniffer Shaheen, president of Technology Therapy Group will give a presentation on the power of social media.
The half-day event will also feature small business owners sharing their own success stories and a networking portion. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
