Planet Data, an Elmsford-based data-management company, will open its first European office near Amsterdam.
The office will serve European clients by establishing an Electronic Storage Information processing and hosting facility. European hires are planned, although no number was divulged.
“Electronic discovery will continue to evolve and become more complex, broadening in breadth and scope on a worldwide basis, as we move deeper into the 21st century,” said Zoltan Horvath, president of Planet Data, in a statement. “It is imperative for us to have a dedicated team of ESI expert professionals located in Europe to better serve our EU clients. The Netherlands offers a central European location that demonstrates our commitment to providing timely, state-of-the-art support for our EU clients, as well as enabling us to address and keep apace of the growing international issues and needs of this industry.”
The company also introduced recently Exego, a proprietary, Web-based early case assessment platform for monitoring high volume Electronic Storage Information data.
