Acclaro Inc., an Irvington-based company that provides translation and localization services for businesses in foreign language markets, has launched a new Japanese website offering Japanese translation services for clients of Acclaro”™s Tokyo office.
The site, acclaro.jp, will assist Japanese companies with their language communications as they export goods and services to the global marketplace.
Acclaro founder and president Michael Kriz said the launch coincides with an economic resurgence that has allowed Japanese companies in the Internet, consumer products, technology, retail and computer hardware and software industries to increase export volume in 2013.
“Acclaro Tokyo is seeing great interest from the local Japanese business community,” Kriz said in the announcement. “Beyond helping U.S. companies export to Japan, we”™re now excited to be working with more Japan-based companies exporting to the U.S., Europe and other Asian countries.”
“Ultimately we want to work with Japanese companies that are looking to do business in a nimble global manner,” he said.
Site content is focused on Acclaro”™s four main service lines – software localization, mobile application translation, document translation and marketing translation.
Kriz said the company expects 20 percent growth at Acclaro Japan in the next year, based on recent performance and its investment in building a physical presence there.
In addition to Tokyo, the Irvington company has offices and affiliates in San Francisco, Boston, Buenos Aires, Bangkok, Tokyo and Paris.
