Life Time Fitness Inc. recently opened its first Westchester athletics and spa complex at 1 Westchester Park Drive (formerly Gannett Drive) in Harrison. The 206,000-square-foot fitness center was built for more than $50 million and replaced a building once occupied by the Gannett-owned newspaper The Journal News. The newspaper company moved to 1133 Westchester Ave. in 2012.

Zwiefel, Life Time executive vice president and chief operating officer, in a written statement.
The fitness center has certified health and nutrition professionals as well as services and programs catered to families, including a kids activity studio, yoga and Pilates classes, Edge Cycle spin classes, Zumba and swim lessons. Certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches are available on site to provide personalized assessments and fitness and nutrition programs designed to help people maintain healthy and active lifestyles.
Life Time Athletic Westchester features a tennis complex with 10 indoor courts, executive tennis dressing rooms, a tennis pro shop and a viewing lounge and bar.
Life Time Kids Academy, a kids program at the fitness center, provides activities focused on the mind, body, arts, culture, fitness, agility and life skills for children ages three months to 11 years old.
Life Time Athletic Westchester will open seven days a week from 4 a.m. to midnight. The fitness center provides a 14-day, money-back guarantee and doesn’t require a contract.

Its really nice to see that yoga centers are opened very rapidly and 247 is not bad..:)
