The College of New Rochelle School of Nursing will host an information session about two of its programs Wednesday.
The director of the college’s RN-BSN program and the assistant director of financial aid will meet with prospective students at Maura Hall, 29 Castle Place, according to a statement released by the college.
The RN-BSN program is designed for registered nurses to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing on a flexible schedule.
The other program is for a second degree, open to students who have already received a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in a non-nursing field. Students receive a Bachelor of Science in nursing upon completion.
The program’s accelerated track, which takes approximately 18 months, is open to students who have already completed 61 credits of liberal arts and science prerequisite courses. The individualized track, which takes approximately two and a half years to complete, is for full-time or part-time students.
