Fast-casual chain Chopt Creative Salad Co. will open its newest Westchester location in Scarsdale this week.
The restaurant at 1180 Wilmot Road marks the company”™s fourth eatery in Westchester, following its other locations in Rye Brook, Dobbs Ferry and Mount Kisco.
“We”™re so excited to continue our expansion in the Westchester area,” said Colin McCabe, co-founder of New York City-based Chopt, adding that the company is “thrilled to partner with the active, health-conscious community of Scarsdale.”
Chopt, which primarily serves salads and wraps, will be open Sundays through Thursdays 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The 68-seat restaurant includes communal dining areas, a “Little Choprs Corner” for children and a 28-seat outdoor patio.
The restaurant will host “Chopt Gives Day” on April 27, where customers will receive a complimentary salad with their donation to the Sunrise Day Camp, a camp for children who suffer from cancer, and Sunday Funday, a JCC of Mid-Westchester program.
