Shake Shack will open its first Westchester location at 2090 Mall Walk in Yonkers at the Cross County Shopping Center.
The New York City-based chain will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new location on Friday, July 22, at 11 a.m.
Shake Shack will also donate 5 percent of sales from a location-specific frozen custard, Cross County Crunch, to Yonkers Partners In Education, a nonprofit that works to increase the number of Yonkers Public School students who complete a post-secondary program that prepares them for a successful career.
