Westchester Park Center adds two new tenants

Heritage Realty Services LLC announced the signing of two new lease agreements at Westchester Park Center.

The Law Office of Kevin H. Cohen signed a 3,000-square-foot lease on the second floor, and Sackett Capital LLC signed a 3,500-square-foot lease on the third floor, both at 4 Westchester Park Drive in White Plains.

George T. Constantin and Peter Zimmar of Heritage Realty Services LLC acted on behalf of ownership in securing the lease for both tenants. Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented The Law Office of Kevin H. Cohen in this transaction.
