New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson joined with representatives of RXR, Bridge Investment Corp., LRC Construction, Lessard Design, Otera Capital and other invited guests for the Feb. 16 topping out ceremony for Two Clinton Park, which is being constructed in downtown New Rochelle.
The 28-story building will offer 390 apartments and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space. In addition, there will be approximately 24,000 square feet of amenities for residents of the building. Ground had been broken for the project in November of 2021.
Joseph Graziose, executive vice president of development services at RXR pointed out that the topping out ceremony brings the project one step closer to providing new housing and retail space for the city.
“We take pride in our designation as master developer of Downtown New Rochelle, and the topping out of Two Clinton Park is another major milestone,” Graziose said. “We”™ve delivered over six hundred residences to the downtown with more on the way, bringing in new residents, and anchoring our dedication to a downtown that grows more and more vibrant each year.”
RXR’s Greg Clancy, who is the company’s executive vice president of construction and development services, said, “Since the project broke ground, we”™ve employed over 500 workers, many from right here in Westchester County. Today”™s celebration is dedicated to their hard work, skill and tenacity as we”™ve worked together to achieve this exciting milestone.”
The units at Two Clinton Park will range from studios to three-bedrooms. All apartments will feature open kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, walnut cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers, and stainless steel appliances. Building amenities include co-working and dining spaces, a fitness center, spa with infrared saunas and yoga studio, library, lounge, a children’s playroom and valet parking for residents and guests. Outdoor amenities include a dog run and multiple terraces with spaces for grilling, dining and relaxing.
Two Clinton Park is a sister tower to RXR”™s One Clinton Park, which RXR reports is more than 60% leased after opening last June.
