The Dream Hotel Group, a division of New York City-based Hampshire Hotels Management LLC, will host the grand opening of the Time Nyack hotel at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19. The invitation-only event will take place at the Time hotel at 400 High Ave. in Nyack.
The approximately $19 million project was developed by Nyack-based WY Management LLC. The “boutique”-style hotel features 133 guest rooms, an outdoor patio, restaurant, rooftop lounge, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, shuttle service and event and meeting space.
The hotel marks the second Time hotel location in the state. The Time New York is located at 224 W. 49th St. in Manhattan.
