Richard D. Rathvon

Richard D. Rathvon has been named vice president for retail commodity services at ConEdison Solutions. He will be based in the company”™s corporate headquarters in Westchester County and will lead the team focused on energy supply to commercial, industrial and governmental customers.  Most recently, Rathvon served as senior vice president at Liberty Power Corp. in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
