Maryann Tercasio, a long-time Realtor in Orange County, recently was honored as Realtor of the Year for 2015 by the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
The four-county realtors association named Patsy Sposato of Parkway Pest Services in Valhalla its Affiliate Member of the Year at its recent annual meeting.

Tercasio, of BHG Rand Realty in Central Valley, is a past president of the former Orange County Association of Realtors and helped found Hudson Gateway”™s Make-A-Wish Committee, which has held successful fundraising events for several years, according to Hudson Gateway.
Active in her local community, Tercasio has been a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and has worked on local elections boards in Orange County.
Hudson Gateway officials said Sposato, an affiliate member of the Realtors association, has been helping both homeowners and commercial businesses in the area for more than 40 years in his pest control business.

Stephanie Crispinelli Humanitarian Award: Carol Cirieco of Houlihan Lawrence in Somers.
The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS is a nonprofit trade group for nearly 10,000 real estate professionals doing business in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties. It is the second largest Realtor association in New York and one of the largest in the country.
