Jacqueline M. Buford of Greenburgh has joined WESTMED Medical Group, a Purchase-based multispecialty medical practice, as associate director of human resources for organizational effectiveness and learning. Most recently, she was human resources education manager at Northern Westchester Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in business administration, corporate training and development management and a Master of Science degree in organizational management and human resources development from Manhattanville College.
Patrick J. Kelly of White Plains, a Westchester hospitality veteran, has been named director of catering at Desmond”™s Steakhouse & Grill, a soon-to-open restaurant on Seventh Avenue in Manhattan. Previously, he held management positions at The Plaza Hotel, Garden City Hotel and Tavern on the Green. Most recently, he served as general manager of the New York Hospitality Group.
DeCicco Family Markets, a second-generation grocery chain with locations in Westchester and Putnam counties, recently opened its ninth store located on Halstead Avenue in Harrison, replacing the Food City that had operated at that location for 25 years.
