In its second year in Westchester County, the Real Men Wear Pink campaign has raised more than $60,000 to support the American Cancer Society”™s efforts to save lives from breast cancer. Twenty-two men from around the county put on pink items of clothing, raised funds and helped spread awareness of the issue.
Kevin Murphy, a health care executive, was the campaign”™s top fundraiser, collecting $17,420. Second was Nick Siciliano, a business owner who raised $17,225.
“We are grateful to Kevin, Nick and all our Real Men Wear Pink candidates for lending their voices to our cause,” said Monica Garrigan of the organization.
