William Malpica has joined the Stamford law firm Martin LLP. He is in the firm”™s corporate practice group.
Malpica has more than 17 years of experience at international law firms and global investment banks. He had been with the U.S. investment banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he spent the last nine years as a senior legal and strategic adviser to a variety of commercial and investment banking businesses.
Malpica is pro bono counsel to Building One Community, formerly Neighbors Link Stamford, a nonprofit organization he helped form and which serves immigrant communities in Fairfield County. He served as a mayoral appointee on the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
