The board of directors of Goodwill of western and northern Connecticut has elected the following new officers and directors.
William J. Mallin, former vice president, strategic planning and program management for Purdue Pharma LP, was elected chairman. Suzanne Baldasare, partner in the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter in Southport was named vice chairperson, and John Ostaszewski, former vice president, treasurer of Applera Corp. in Norwalk was elected treasurer. Also elected was Sean Kane, principal of CompanyKane, a marketing and advertising firm in Shelton, who will serve as secretary of the board.
