Jay Lang, executive vice president of Charkit Chemical Co. LLC in Norwalk has announced the hiring of Robert Christopher Gallagher as an account executive. Lang said he will help the company venture into untapped markets.
Gallagher had been with Florachem Corp. in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was responsible for business development in 16 territories both within and outside of the U.S.
Charkit serves the personal care, food, flavor and fragrance, water treatment, imaging, metal treatment, nutritional and pharmaceutical industries as well as producers of fine and specialty chemicals.
