New buyers of a 2,663-square-foot property long occupied by Black Rock Oyster Bar & Grill at 348 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield plan to operate a bar and restaurant there under a new name, according to brokers at HK Group in Westport involved in the recent $1.3 million sale.
The buyers, Ahabs Table LLC and Black Rock SoHo LLC, were represented by David Cervero, associate vice president, and Ralph Michel, senior vice president at HK Group. The sellers, FCCW LLC and Baylor LLC, were represented by Audrey Longo of Guttman Realty Advisors in New York City. Attorneys involved in the deal were  Peter Ambrose of Fairfield for the buyers and John Fiore of Norwalk for the sellers.
