Charles M. Andola of Highland has joined Riverside Bank in Poughkeepsie as chairman of the board of directors. Andola is COO of United Apple Sales Inc. in New Paltz. He has been a board member since March of 1990 and is one of the bank”™s founders. Andola graduated from Cornell University in 1965.
