Keystone Property Group has named CBRE Group Inc. as exclusive leasing agent for a portfolio of four Class A office buildings in Tarrytown and Elmsford totaling approximately 530,000 square feet of space.
CBRE announced that the brokerage firm”™s Stamford-based team of William V. Cuddy Jr., Michael McCall and Jacqueline Novotny will spearhead the leasing and marketing campaign for Keystone at Taxter Corporate Park in Elmsford and Talleyrand Office Park in Tarrytown.
The CBRE team will market 555 and 565 Taxter Road, six-story office buildings totaling 350,872 square feet. Keystone has begun a multimillion-dollar capital program to upgrade the property”™s amenities, elevators, lobbies, common areas, restrooms and to create new conferencing facilities and a multipurpose training center.
The Talleyrand properties include 200 and 220 White Plains Road, six-story, Class A buildings totaling 179,000 square feet on a 75-acre site. CBRE said capital improvements to upgrade the buildings”™ elevators, lobby, common areas, HVAC systems and roofs recently were completed.
Headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, Keystone two years ago purchased the Westchester properties, a third office building on Taxter Road and a Stamford office building for approximately $91.5 million from Mack-Cali Realty Corp. as part of its acquisition of Mack-Cali”™s tristate office portfolio.
