Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Inc. (GSHH) based in Pleasantville has named Deb Bogdanski as director of development. Her responsibilities will include the expansion of fundraising efforts.
Prior to joining GSHH, she was general manager for Frontier Communications in the Hudson Valley markets. Before that, she was with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and had been chief of staff for former state Assemblywoman Mary McPhillips.
In 2011, Bogdanski, an Orange County resident, was inducted into the Hall of Fame created by the organization Leadership Orange. In 2003, she was named as the Women in Business Advocate of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
