The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) has named the six winners of its Business Hall of Fame Awards. The winners will be honored at the 2018 Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner on April 24 at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.
“This year”™s award winners represent a cross-section of the diverse business community that makes Westchester County a special place to work and live,” said Marsha Gordon, president and CEO of the BCW. She added that they are “change makers who are transforming their industries and adding to the economic vitality of our region.”
The award for corporate citizenship will go to Houlihan Lawrence, the real estate brokerage celebrating its 130th anniversary this year.
RXR Realty, an active real estate developer and manager in Westchester and other parts of the tristate area, is being honored in the entrepreneurial success category.
Combe Inc., known for its personal care products, is being honored in the family-owned business category.
The small-business success award will go to D&D Elevator, which has more than 800 customers and services about 1,200 elevators in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Nassau counties and New York City.
Geri Pell of Pell Wealth Partners is to be honored in the women in business category. Her financial advisory firm has more than 700 clients.
