44 Business Capital, a division of Berkshire Bank, hired David Nayor as first vice president, SBA Lending for the New York City, Westchester County and Fairfield County markets.
In his new role, Nayor will be responsible for building relationships to support the small business community.
Greg Poehlmann, senior vice president of business banking, said 44 Business will look for Nayor to establish its brand in Westchester County and the surrounding regions.
Nayor, a resident of Pound Ridge, most recently served as chief financial officer for Live Media Group Holdings. A finance graduate of Lehigh University, Nayor has held a variety of financial positions at United Western Bank NYC and Business Loan Express.
