Women’s PGA Championship events begin in Westchester

Tuesday marks the kickoff of KPMG Women”™s PGA Championship Week at the Westchester Country Club in Harrison.

Corporate clients, tournament players and people participating in the leadership summit sponsored by KPMG have the morning and early afternoon to golf. Player press conferences with Michelle Wie, Inbee Park, Cristie Kerr and Lexi Thompson were set to begin at 10:30 a.m., broadcast on the Golf Channel. There is a junior golfers photo opportunity with Michelle Wie at the country club.

Family-centric events are also being held Tuesday in New York City at KPMG”™s New York office, Madison Square Garden and Citi Field.

The championship will officially begin on Thursday.
