Danbury-based Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corp. has sold its bulk tank truck transport subsidiary, Linden Bulk Transportation LLC, to Boasso Global for an undisclosed sum.
According to a statement issued by Odyssey, the divestiture of Linden is aligned with its “forward-focused strategy of providing neutral-to-transport solutions, allowing the company to utilize the full universe of carriers for the benefit of its customers.” Boasso Global is a Tampa-headquartered provider of ISO tank container depot, maintenance, cleaning and transportation services.
