CCi Voice, a locally owned and operated phone company serving the Northeast, is expanding its tech team to offer companies more cloud-hosted products for managing remote workforces.
As a result, the company has added Matthew Bushmann, an installation and training specialist, and three engineers: Chris Benzola, Michael Addotta and Bethel resident John Licari.
With locations in Redding and in Holtsville, New York, CCi Voice provides cloud-based services for businesses, schools and nonprofits throughout the New York metropolitan area and southern New England.
The company designs platforms to streamline communications needs by connecting VoIP, video and audio conferencing, contact centers, video surveillance, and its latest product: Cellular repeaters for better indoor cellular reception.
“The work-from-home trend appears likely to continue for some time, which is creating an even greater need for cloud-hosted phone service,” said CCi Voice President and CEO Michael LeBlanc.
“When the pandemic hit, we were prepared to enable our customers to go remote, seamlessly. Now, we”™re scaling up our team of telecommunication specialists to meet an increasing demand for higher-quality connectivity.”
In 2020, CCi Voice expanded the number of users it supports to 20,000 and completed its acquisition of Long Island”™s Tele-Verse Communications Inc. That move increased CCi Voice”™s footprint for providing service in the New York metropolitan area and southern New England, strengthening its product lineup and adding 15 professionals to its roster.
CCi Voice is headquartered at 38 High Ridge Road in Redding.
