The Westchester County Association hosted a sold-out dinner for 350 at the Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown Sept. 24, honoring U.S. Rep. Nita M. Lowey with its Advocacy Award and Assemblyman Adam T. Bradley with a Special Recognition Award. The awards and the WCA mission focus on health care reform and both Lowey and Bradley were each praised as a “tireless champion” of the effort, she by WCA President Bill Mooney and he by Westchester Medical Center President/CEO Michael Israel.
