Following up on its Stamford flagship, Spot On Vet has announced the opening of its second facility in Westport.
Located off Exit 18 on I-95, the 12,000-square-foot space is also designed to blend the personalized care and communication of a small family business with the capabilities of a major emergency hospital.
“Our mission is to provide world-class care for our clients and their pets through exceptional medicine and distinguished client service – every pet, every client, every time,” said Philip Putter, DVM, founder of Spot On. “We are thrilled to be able to offer this care to the people and pets of Westport.
The veterinary hospital has four exam rooms, a comfort suite, a private entrance for sick or shy animals, and the latest equipment, all for primary care and checkups, dental care, diagnostic testing, emergency care, surgery, laser therapy, acupuncture, holistic medicine and end-of-life care, performed by a team of veterinarians with more than 15 years of experience. The hospital also includes a vet pharmacy.
Spot On’s dog daycare was created by veterinarians to ensure fun and safety go hand in hand (or paw in paw), enhanced by live cameras, hospital-grade cleanliness and experienced group leaders.
The grooming spa offers everything from bubble baths to breed-specific grooming, while the pet valet service includes pickup and drop-off as well as transportation from Westport to the Stamford flagship for access to the pet hotel.
Meanwhile, veterinary house calls can range from routine checkups to emergency visits for the convenience and comfort of pets and their pet parents.
Spot On Vet Westport will hold an open house at 950 Post Road East Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Treats, prizes and promotions will be part of the event. For more, email westport@spotonvet.com or call/text 203-303-9933.
