LUSH Cosmetics will open its first store in Westchester in late August, in the Westchester Mall.
The 824-square-foot store will sell bath, body, hair and skin care products made from fruits and vegetables. The products are organic when possible and contain essential oils that LUSH says are ethically sourced. Items are displayed as if in the produce section of a supermarket.
“We have been looking to expand our presence in the NYC-metro area following the success of our shops in the city,” said Mark Wolverton, president and CEO of LUSH North America. The store already has several locations in Manhattan.
The grand opening will be in early September.
