Dooney & Bourke, the Norwalk-headquartered fashion accessory brand and retailer, will be opening a store in New Canaan.
The company will be moving into the retail space at 66 Elm St. that was previously occupied by Heather Gaudio Fine Art, which relocated to Greenwich in September. No opening date has been set for the store, which was first reported by the NewCanaanite.com blog.
Dooney & Bourke was founded in 1975 by designer Peter Dooney and entrepreneur Frederic Bourke. This will be the company’s fourth Connecticut store, joining the operations in Norwalk, Orange and Clinton.
