Fairfield”™s newest retailer, Corner Keg & Spirits, will have its grand opening on March 19 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick. Located at 355 Jennings Road, it is owned by Khushi and Deepak Kumar.
Another package store named Corner Keg & Spirits occupied the space from 1995 to 2003. In the following years, the property changed hands several times and was home to an ice cream parlor, a sandwich shop and a mobile phone repair service.
Elsewhere in Fairfield, another liquor retailer, Kindred Spirits & Wine, is relocating from its space at 2480 Black Rock Tpke. up the road to the 2264 Black Rock Tpke. space formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports.
