A Port Chester restaurant specializing in Salvadoran cuisine will become the first Westchester eatery to be featured on Food Network”™s long-running series “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.”
Rinconcito Salvadore̱o, located at 20 Broad St., will be featured on Sept. 8 episode airing at 9:00 p.m. The showӪs host, Guy Fieri, worked with restaurant owner David Sorto in a segment taped at the restaurant on May 19.
The restaurant, which has been part of Port Chester”™s dining scene since 1993, will be one of three eclectic locations featured on the upcoming “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” episode ”“ Fieri will also highlight a Malaysian restaurant in Cincinnati and an Omaha family that serves Detroit-style pizza out of a bus.
