The Norwalk restaurant Evarito’s announced that has permanently closed as of Jan. 6.
The restaurant opened in 2018 at 16 North Main St. and was the fifth Connecticut eatery created by Christian Burns’s SKAL Restaurant Group. In postings on its website and on social media, the Mexican-focused restaurant’s management said it was announcing the decision to close with a “heavy heart.”
“It has been an incredible 5½ years,” the management said. “We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support over the years and through the Covid times. We would also love to thank our great staff members who have worked with us over these years. As we close this chapter and reflect on the memories created, we eagerly anticipate the unfolding of a new vision for this extraordinary space.”
