The Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurant chain is opening its newest Fairfield County location tomorrow at 143 Purdy Hill Road in Monroe.
Franchise owner Mitch Thomson will host a grand opening and fundraiser from Nov. 15 through Nov. 19. Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon prior to the opening will be able to make a minimum $3 contribution to Masuk High School Athletic Department in exchange for a regular sub.
The new location will accommodate in-store and online orders; curbside pickup and delivery will be available. The restaurant’s hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
