Constantino”™s, a Greenwich restaurant, will open its second location on Feb. 9 in Hartsdale.
The new eatery at 15 E. Hartsdale Ave. will offer a line-up of pizza, salads, soups, appetizers sandwiches, pasta, entrees and ice cream. Catering services will also be available from this location. Feb. 9 was chosen for the opening because it coincides with National Pizza Day.
Constantino”™s owners, Robyn and Michael Bordes (pictures here), opened their Greenwich restaurant last May in partnership with Slice, the online food ordering platform for independent pizzerias as part of the company’s program to revitalize the restaurant industry post-global pandemic. The couple are offering franchise opportunities for the Constantino”™s brand and are planning to open two other restaurant chains called Constantino”™s Pasta Bowls and Love You a Latte.
