One With Land, a farm-to-table restaurant that sources its ingredients from the Hudson Valley, has opened in Pine Bush.
Located in an 1856 building that was the former site of the Hoot Owl Restaurant, One With Land is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team Jared and Tara Braithwaite. The couple stated on their website that the restaurant’s cuisine “is rooted in seasonality and the understanding that real sophistication lies in distilling ideas to their essentials.” The eatery promised that its menu “changes frequently,” and some of its current offerings include duck fat fried dates, East Coast oysters, Atlantic salmon and olive oil cake.
The restaurant also offers a beer and cider selection from New York brewers and farms.
