The Westport retail property at 950 Post Road East has been sold for $3.9 million.
The 6,617-square-foot building was built in 1989 and is on a 0.67-acre property. The site was previously the home of Men’s Warehouse and will become a veterinary hospital, with Kind Pet LLC buying the property from 950 Poast Road East LLC.
“This sale demonstrates the continued strength of Westport’s retail real estate market, as the sale price represents a full price offer secured within minimal time after reaching out to our network with this off-market opportunity,” said Eva Kornreich, vice president at Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, who represented both parties in this off-market transaction.
