Visionworks, the national eyewear retailer based in San Antonio, has leased 3,000 square feet of space at Post Road Plaza in Pelham Manor, according to Levin Management, the shopping center”™s leasing and managing agent.
Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease for New Jersey-based Levin. Jeremy Zidell of The Retail Connection and Fritz Kemerling of The Dartmouth Group represented the tenant.
A Levin spokesperson said Visionworks will be one of four new national tenants to open this year at the 267,000-square-foot Post Road Plaza. Dining and entertainment chain Dave & Buster”™s recently celebrated its grand opening and will soon be followed by Panera Bread and Sally Beauty Supply.
Levin is marketing the plaza”™s last remaining retail space of 7,500 square feet.
