Sherwood Square (pictured here) is located at 480, 490 & 498 Sherwood Place, the 105-unit property encompasses eight studio apartments, 46 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units, and one single-family home. Avon Apartments is located at 1126 Stratford Ave. is a 24-unit multifamily property with one studio and 23 one-bedroom apartments.
