Two brokers at Houlihan Lawrence have been named top sellers of residential real estate in Westchester County for 2014, the Rye Brook-based real estate firm announced.
Based in Croton-on-Hudson, associate broker Nancy Kennedy was ranked the top agent in the county for overall dollar volume by the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Associate broker Pollena Forsman, in the Houlihan Lawrence office in Larchmont, was the county’s top-selling agent for single-family homes.
Kennedy last year set her career record with the sale of a $10.5 million condo at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, where she exclusively handled sales and marketing along with two other luxury condo properties of Cappelli Enterprises, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle and Trump Park Residences in Yorktown Heights, according to a Houlihan Lawrence spokesperson. She marketed a range of properties in 2014, from rentals to luxury sales.

At Houlihan Lawrence, Kennedy has been the top-ranked associate throughout the company for number of properties sold each year since 2005. She also served as president of the four-county Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors in 2012 and serves on the board of the National Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors. She was previously ranked in the top 100 of the Wall Street Journal Top Thousand US Realtors nationwide.
Forsman did more than $80 million in sales volume for Houlihan Lawrence in 2014, working in the Sound Shore towns of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, Harrison, Purchase and New Rochelle, according to the firm. Two of her luxury-home sales were in Larchmont, at 1 Cedar Island, which closed at $6.8 million, and 18 Walnut Ave., which closed at $4.85 million, the firm reported. She was the first Larchmont/Mamaroneck agent to be ranked number one in the county since tracking sales data began over 15 years ago.
