Tudor Investment Corp. is moving its headquarters from Greenwich to a 24,000-square-foot space at 200 Elm St. in Stamford, a Class A office property owned by Building and Land Technology.
Tudor is expected to move into its new space in the property”™s B wing in April. The company is now at 1275 King St. in Greenwich.
“It”™s a great building and the location boasts urban amenities and easy travel access between here and our New York City office at Astor Place,” said Mike Riccardi, president of Tudor. “We are well underway with plans for a state-of-the-art trading floor at the newly-renovated and modern Elm Street complex.”
Tudor is the latest client to move into 200 Elm St., following Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. leasing 155,000 square feet and RSM, a provider of audit, tax and consulting services, signing a 27,800-square-foot lease.
