True North Management Group, a privately held real estate investment management firm, this spring will move its headquarters within the White Plains Central Business District from 44 S. Broadway to 10 Bank St.
The company signed a seven-year lease for 10,500 square feet of office space, the company”™s new Bank Street landlord, Empire State Realty Trust Inc., announced.
Founded in 2004, True North Management Group focuses on mezzanine and bridge financing and distressed debt markets. It also selectively pursues equity deals, according to the landlord.
Jeffrey H. Newman, senior vice president of Manhattan-based Empire State Realty Trust, represented the owner in lease negotiations along with the real estate investment trust”™s senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. Kevin McCarthy of CBRE”™s Stamford office represented the tenant.
