The commercial real estate brokerage Vidal/Wettenstein announced the completion of three leases at 304 Seaview Ave. in Bridgeport.
The former Alloy Engineering building was sold to an investment company last May and has been vacant with 27,000 square feet of industrial facility. Emery Plastics, a distributor of plastic pellets, leased 1,500 square feet of the building for a five-year term while the Norwalk Woodworking Center relocated from Westport Avenue in Norwalk to a new 3,200 square feet space for their woodworking club, also with a five-year lease. American Leak Detection, which specializes in water leak detection and training, has leased 10,885 square feet in a 10-year lease.
“The only remaining spaces in the building are 3,500- and 6,000-square-foot sections, both with overhead doors,” said listing broker Bruce Wettenstein, who negotiated the leases. “Considering the fact that industrial space availability is at an all-time low, the activity on the remaining spaces has been brisk.”
