Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) has announced it arranged three leases totaling 50,759 square feet at the recently renovated 1200 Post Road East in Westport.
Crate & Barrel renewed its 37,253 square-foot lease while Westport Academy of Dance signed a long-term lease on a 9,276-square-foot space and The Wonder, a children”™s club, signed a long-term lease for a 4,230-square-foot unit.
The complex totals 58,196 square feet, consisting of four two-and-a-half story buildings. Cushman & Wakefield”™s Adam Klimek and Jim Fagan represented the landlord, 1200 Post Road LLC, in the transactions.
“Ownership has done an incredible job renovating the property to provide a best-in-class experience for the building”™s current and future tenants,” said Klimek. “With these leases, the property is 93% leased with 4,100 square feet of available space in the vibrant complex.”
