HomeGoods stores have signed leases for sites in Greenburgh, Nanuet and Harriman.
Bill Hesse, president of Hartsdale-based Aries, Deitch & Endelson, recently negotiated the three leases on behalf of parent company The TJX Companies Inc.
The stores have a combined total of 75,479 square feet as well as a combined aggregate rent over the base term in excess of $13 million.
Each of the three leases represents approximately 25,000 square feet of store space. The Nanuet store will be opening at the Rockland Center Shopping Center on Route 59 and will be the first HomeGoods store in Rockland County. The shopping center is owned by American Continental Properties. Jeff Lagowitz and Ira Kerner from Metro Commercial in Fort Lee, N.J., represented the landlord.
The Harriman HomeGoods lease is in Harriman Commons on Routes 6 and 17 in Orange County. Thomas Mirandi, vice president of real estate for RD Management represented the landlord.
The third store is under construction and slated to open this fall at the Crossroads Shopping Center on Route 119 in Greenburgh. The center is owned by Heyman Properties and Acadia Realty Trust. AD&E was the sole broker on the transaction.
HomeGoods is the home furnishings department store division of TJX offering home décor products related to furniture, linens, lighting, accessories, gourmet food products, and bed and bath.
